Death Cafes are back! 🖤 This October, we will gather for our regular circle and for a special ceremony honoring the spirits of our ancestors and departed loved ones—nourishing our connection with them and expressing gratitude for their lives. Together, we will create a traditional Peruvian offering, sending prayers for their journey and soothing any lingering unrest in our hearts. Donations are an Ayni, a sacred exchange that helps us continue holding these gatherings. Thank you so much for your support! 🤎 About the offering: A Despacho is a beautiful and transformative ceremony that helps us connect with Pachamama, our Andean Earth Mother, and the Apus, our Mountain Spirits. Through this practice, we express gratitude, seek healing, restore balance, or offer a specific request to the spiritual world. What to bring: ♡ Items for the altar and photos of your loved ones (these will be returned to you) ♡ Offerings for the Despacho, such as sacred herbs, plants, flowers, candy, chocolate, or any meaningful item you wish to contribute to the bundle (these offerings will not be returned, as they are burned, buried, or given to the waters of Pachamama).
